Sub-processors

Draft of 29 September 2026

This is a draft that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what Lethe Live does today.

These companies handle data on our behalf, each only for the purpose below. Your archive reaches none of them unless you turn on Cloud Backup, which stores an encrypted copy with Supabase. The Privacy Policy explains the rest.

  • Supabase

    EU · Frankfurt, Germany

Accounts, sign-in and Cloud Backup storage.

Receives: account record, email address, sign-in identifiers and tokens, username and plan records; with Cloud Backup, the encrypted backup and its key material.

  • Resend

    EU · Ireland

Delivering sign-in codes and security email.

Receives: your email address and the message.

  • Sentry

    EU · Germany

    Crash reports.

Receives: the error, app version, device model and OS, and an installation identifier not linked to your account.

  • Cloudflare

    Global network

Hosting this website, and forwarding email sent to support@lethelive.com.

Receives: ordinary web requests to this site, and the email you send to support.

  • Google (Gmail)

    Google’s data centres, not EU-only

The mailbox that support@lethelive.com is delivered to.

Receives: the email you send to support, and our replies.

Not sub-processors, but worth naming

  • Apple and Google — when you sign in with them, and later when subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play, they act under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Wikimedia — artist, city and venue look-ups go from your phone directly to Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons, under the Wikimedia privacy policy.
